BBCA is a voluntary association representing home owners and renters within the Breton Bay subdivision of Leonardtown, Maryland. The objective and purpose of the association includes:
1) To preserve and enhance the quality of life in and of the Community. 2) To develop a sense of community through social recreational
activities and/or amenities for members to share goals
and active interests.
3) To manage and care for property owned by BBCA and the
retention of its legal and accounting documents.
4) To offer social interaction and participation in shared
recreational activities.
5) To engage in any and all lawful activities that may
be incidental or reasonably necessary to the foregoing purposes.
